Shipping and Returns



For shipments to and within the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Dive1 Scuba does not ship to APO / FPO / DPO military addresses.

Transit times vary and are not guaranteed.


We ship to select international destinations. During checkout, you will be able to select a shipping rate. Dive1 is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees. As the recipient, you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes including VAT or GST levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Any returns from the courier [or third party agent] to us for shipments deemed undeliverable (reasons such as delayed customs clearance, wrong or incomplete contact information, or for other reasons) your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the shipping and return costs. No refunds for all other international sales. Dive1 is not responsible for any international shipping delays or customs clearance delays.


All international shipments require exact and updated post codes, English address, mobile phone number.


Dive1 Scuba does not deliver to China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand. Restricted destinations will be updated time to time. Please contact our Dive1 partners servicing the above mentioned destinations at our "Where to Buy" page in our website.

All orders are dispatched with "No signature Required" and may be left at a residence deemed safe by the delivery company. Dive1 is not responsible for any loss or liability or damage that may result from leaving your package at the shipping address without a signature. If you prefer to have your order shipped with "Signature Required" please contact immediately upon placing order so that we may make arrangements.


All orders are processed pending availability and credit verifications. Orders placed on Friday after 4pm US PT (Pacific Standard Time,PST; Pacific Daylight Saving time, PDT) will begin processing on the following business day. Dispatch days may vary from 3 to 5days (excluding local holidays). Dive1 Scuba will contact you with a follow-up email upon dispatch, if the merchandise or product you have ordered is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification or shipping. Please note that delivery time does not include Saturdays or Sundays or holidays.

Once an order has been processed and or dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

The merchandise you order may be fulfilled from several locations (including overseas warehouse), so items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances.



Dive1 Scuba strives to satisfy you with the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased from our website, and your purchase is within the UNITED STATES of AMERICA, you may return the products to us in the following conditions:

  1. All items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes and original packaging materials (all tags must be attached), and unused (no sign of wear or use), no alterations or washing, and in new sellable condition. If the item is considered used, soiled, altered, washed, and do not include the original packaging materials, the product return will not be accepted and will be returned to you. 

  2. Products purchased online must be returned within 14days of receipt.

  3. All items purchased through Dive1 partners, or at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned to those locations and are subject to the 3rd party's return policy.

  4. All returns must receive a Return Authorization number or Return Authorization email from Dive1 Scuba. All returns must be shipped to the designated shipping address provided by Dive1 Scuba

  5. Please note that you are responsible for return freight, any insurance, and scheduling the pickup of your package. Dive1 is not responsible for items or products lost, or damaged in transit

  6. Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the products. Once accepted, we will process your refund via the original payment method, excluding original shipping fees, taxes, duties, and custom clearance fees deemed as original delivery costs.

Product Colors

We have made every effort possible to ensure the colors are displayed as accurately as possible. Dive1 Scuba cannot guarantee that the colors are displayed in true colors. If you have any questions about the color of a product in the website, please contact us at prior to placing your order

Final Sale

All FINAL SALE products will be noted in the Product details. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for those products and sales of those products will be considered Final Sale.

All international shipments purchased and delivered outside of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are of Final Sale; except for products under warranty and are considered to have manufacturing defects.

Please review the warranty information for each product. Warranty coverage does not extend to damages caused by improper use, improper maintenance, neglect, unauthorized repairs, modifications, accidents, fire, casualty or normal wear and aging. Parts and components considered consumable are not covered under warranty except when the product is new out of the original packaging. The limited warranty is extended only to the original purchase for purchases made from an authorized Dive1 reseller and is not transfer. The warranty does not extend to products used for commercial or military purposes.

All warranty returns must be accompanied by Dive1 Scuba's Return Authorization Number. Dive1 Scuba will determine, in its sole judgement and discretion, whether the product is subject to warranty coverage. Dive1 Scuba reserves all rights, at its sole discretion or option, to repair, replace without charge on any warranted component or product that is determined defective. Shipping and handling costs are excluded from warranty.
